Description
This six day yoga retreat focuses on delivering a deeper teaching and understanding of yoga and meditation as during this time our guest will be exposed to various methods of meditation as well as sampling several styles of yoga which are composed into our traditional daily Hatha yoga practice. The length of this retreat ensures a more defined establishment of a daily yoga routine for our guests, making it easier to continue with this practice and introduce it into daily life after returning home.
This retreat is for you if you wish to enrich your life, learn new techniques as well as polish up on your existing knowledge and improve your health and wellbeing on a physical, mental and emotional level. This course has proven to be a transformational experience for many of our guests who were able to kick some bad habits, improve their outlook, adopt a positive attitude and embark on a new path of a more healthy and conscious lifestyle and become more supple in the process.
You can start this six day retreat on any day of the week after 3pm, the next six days being your retreat program and departure on the following morning. We do recommend confirming your reservation in advance as spaces are limited. Please send an email to info@nepaltourism.net.

7 nights accommodation on twin sharing basis with attached bathroom
Dinner on the day of arrival and breakfast on the day of departure

Program Schedule:
Morning:
6:00 am Wake up call
6:30 am Meditation
(Varies from day to day between Japa Meditation, Inner Sound, Antar Mouna, Mantra Meditation, Breath Meditation, Silent Meditation)
7:30 am Herbal Tea Time
7:45 am Yoga nasal cleansing with neti pot
8:00 am Morning Yoga
(Pranayama, Dynamic Hatha Yoga & Static Asanas)
10:00 am Yogic Brunch (Breakfast & Lunch together)
11:00 am Wellness Activities
(Aromatherapy Steam Bath, Mud Bath, Himalayan Salt Fragrant Foot Bath, Aromatherapy Steam Inhalation, Self-massage with various massage tools provided)
Afternoon:
12:30 pm Nada Yoga
Sound immersion with gong, ancient singing bowls, bells, ocean drum, wine chain & happy drum
1:00 pm Leisure Time
(Time to rest and relax in our garden, read, explore the area, meditate, self-practice, hike, swim in nearby resort’s swimming pool for a small fee)
3:00 pm Herbel TeaTime with Light Snacks
3:30 pm Bhakti Yoga
(Chanting of mantras and kirtan)
Evening:
4:30 pm Evening Yoga
(Dynamic Hatha with elements of Flow, Power, Ashtanga and Vinyasa)
5:30 pm Yoga Nidra
(Guided relaxation and visualisation)
6:00 pm Yogik Dinner and Dessert
7:30 pm Silent Meditation
(We end the day with silence - in a candle-lit yoga hall, with Buddha and powerful Mahamitreonjaya Mantra)
8:00 pm Bed Time
