Day 1: Arrival Kathmandu sightseeing of Kathmandu overnight at hotel

On your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our driver will pick you up for the hotel. In the hotel, you will be warmly welcomed by the hotel executives. After checking into the hotel room, our representative will give a short brief on the itinerary. Today you will spend your day sightseeing across the capital city. The cultural and heritage tour around Kathmandu will bring out the enriched cultural practices. You will visit Pashupatinath temple at first. This gorgeous temple shrine is built on the banks of Bagmati River. Licchavi King, Prachanda Dev built this famous temple devoted to a heavenly incarnation of Lord Shiva. On the auspicious day of Mahashivratri, millions of pilgrims travel to this beautiful temple to seek the blessings. Apart from the spiritual revelation, if you are an ardent lover of architecture, then you will definitely appreciate the beautiful craftsmanship.
Next, you will be visiting Boudhanath stupa. This Buddhist spiritual site dominates the religious landscape of the country. It is said that this famous religious site was built around the 14th century immediately after the death of Lord Buddha. A large number of pilgrims visits this notable site for offering prayers to the lord. The white dome structure made of marble is quite enticing to look at. Earlier it was an important route for trading purpose. This white colored dome has compassionate eyes of Lord Buddha painted looking at four cardinal directions. After visiting these recognized places, you will stroll along the commercial streets of Thamel. This place is quite famous among international tourists for its exciting nightlife culture. Day 2: Drive to Dhulikhel overnight at Dhulikhel

After finishing your breakfast with delicious food items, you will start your day to Dhulikhel. It is around 30kms away from the capital city. While driving towards Dhulikhel you will find out your reasons for selecting mountains as your vacation spot. The serenity of this mountain sheltered fertile land will make your short trip amazing. For centuries this route has been used by the Nepalese residents to reach Tibet. The natural beauty, a wide cluster of villages, deep gorges and tranquility will take you away from the tiring busy schedule. In present times, this place has been a mountain retreat for luxurious foreign tourists and inquisitive backpackers. Your whole day you will be a pleasure in the laps of Himalayas. Day 3: Trek to Namo Buddha

Today you will indulge in one of such easy trekking itineraries. You will start your day for Namo Buddha trek. You will be taking down the rugged mountainous slops across the Kathmandu valley to reach your destination. On the way, you will find amazing panoramic views of the mountains. For the amateur trekkers, this trail has been a perfect blend of natural beauty and serenity. In this short 4hrs trek, you will enjoy the tranquility of the mountains. One will find it comparatively easy to climb up the inclined terrains. En route, you will find out wild growth of different flowers and vegetation. Buddhist followers consider this place as one of the most prominent sites for religious significance. This stupa was built on Gandha Malla hill on the remains of hair and bones of prince Mahasattva. The prince was considered as one of the incarnations of Buddha Shakyamuni. This stupa is famous among the Buddhist followers for the significance of compassion. This stupa depicted the Jataka stories where the prince sacrificed his life to the starving tigress and her five cubs. This stupa symbolizes the compassion of Lord Buddha. After visiting the stupa, you will be trekking down to visit Thrangu Tashi Yangtse Monastery built by another prominent spiritual thinker Khenchen Thrangu Rinpoche. From the top of the stupa, you will find out the surrounding valley of Kathmandu. At night you will stay in the hotel or resort located nearby Namo Buddha.
Day 4: Trek to Balthali village

The foreign travelers always want to explore the local villages closely. In this short trekking, you will get an opportunity to explore the village in your own terms. This small village on the laps of Himalayas has been a hub of trade and culture. This calm and serene village is located around 40kms away from the capital city. While trekking across the steep slopes, you will catch amazing sights of rhododendron forests and a wide variety of flora and fauna. If you are an ardent nature lover by heart, then you will definitely enjoy exploring this beautiful village. On this hike, you will find how this village is miles away from the influence of modernity. En route, Mt. Everest to Mt. Manaslu will be a dominating sight for you. If you also want to explore the spiritual practices across the valley then you can visit local temple shrines like Brahmyani and Indreshwar Mahadev. This trekking trail will be a mysterious path for you in a complete manner.
Day 5: Trek to Panauti and driving back to Kathmandu

Today you will be taking a cultural hike across the village of Panauti. While walking across the streets of Panauti, you will encounter a completely different kind of lifestyles. Every country has its own cultural practices. While stepping into this village you will find out the rich religious practices of Hinduism. You will find out religious tools made locally for agricultural purposes. Before Nepal becoming a democratic country, one must learn about the dissemination of Nepalese villages. You will encounter a beautiful lifestyle existing in these villages. From the religious scriptures, it was known that this small historical village was given as a gift by King Bhupatindra Malla to his sister. This beautiful Himalayan village is located on the banks of Punyamata Khola and Roshi Khola. This village is considered as one of the most important medieval sites with important monuments like Hindu and Buddhists. After enjoying the Newari lifestyles across the village, you will be driving back to Kathmandu.

Today you have reached the last stretch of your journey. In this itinerary, you will find out an amazing experience to take an interesting across the Kathmandu valley. Our driver will drop you at the airport three hours prior to the journey as per your scheduled homebound flight.

Nepal Visa - The passport holders of India do not require any Nepal Visa. They must carry their Voter ID card or passport (For Indians).
Transportation: If you are booking your Nepal tour via Nepal Tourism Package, then you will get cars like Toyota Etios, Skoda Rapid, Volkswagen Polo, Tata Manza or similar kind of cars for 1-3 persons. Cars like Tourist Van (Toyota Hiace) or Jeep or Scorpio will be allotted for 10 persons. We will provide Green Plate vehicles for our tourists.
Recommendation - Some tourists avail flight on way to Pokhara from Kathmandu. It is advisable to take at least one way via road to enjoy the enchanting beauty of the natural landscape of Nepal.
