Day 2: Kathmandu to Pokhara

After taking breakfast you will be driving to Pokhara. If you are an ardent lover of nature, then you will completely enjoy the natural beauty. It is not far from the capital city, but it might take time traveling along the mountainous terrains. One can also fly to Pokhara, but tourists love to enjoy the natural beauty on the way. There is an option of taking the public bus for commuting purpose. With a private car, you can easily take a break on your way.

Pokhara is a small city located in the Kaski district. It is the gateway of Annapurna circuit. Nepal is the home to seven of the highest peaks of the world. While traveling around Nepal, you will be delighted with the amazing sights of mountains. On your drive to Pokhara, you might get the glimpse of other mountain peaks like Manaslu, Annapurna, and Dhaulagiri. It is the city where you will find a large number of Gorkha soldiers as well. Day 3: Pokhara sightseeing

After taking breakfast, today you will be going for sightseeing around Pokhara. You will be visiting Bindebasini temple at first. It is one of the earliest temples located in the city of Pokhara. Kaski rulers built this temple. Goddess Durga is the prime deity of the temple. You will get a complete view of the Himalayas as well from this region. In the area of the local bazaar, you will find out the temple. With the visit to the temple, you will be visiting the old bazar premises as well. You will also go for visiting a waterfall called Patale Chongo, located around 2kms away in the southwest direction of Pokhara. In the summers and monsoons, you will get the view of the gushing water falling from the waterfall. Next, you will be visiting the Gupteshwar cave, located just on the opposite side of the fall. If you are an ardent lover of architecture, then you will find this cave fascinating due to its natural forms made out of the deposits of limestone. Day 4: Pokhara to Kathmandu

Transportation: If you are booking your Nepal tour via Nepal Tourism Package, then you will get cars like Toyota Etios, Skoda Rapid, Volkswagen Polo, Tata Manza or similar kind of cars for 1-3 persons. Cars like Tourist Van (Toyota Hiace) or Jeep or Scorpio will be allotted for 10 persons. We will provide Green Plate vehicles for our tourists.

 

Recommendation - Some tourists avail flight on way to Pokhara from Kathmandu. It is advisable to take at least one way via road to enjoy the enchanting beauty of the natural landscape of Nepal.
