Day 1: Arrival

After reaching the airport, our driver will pick you up for the hotel. After reaching the hotel, our representative will give you a vivid itinerary description. After a small introduction to the group, you will go for the first session of your yoga class. For the basic introduction, you will be doing Yog Nidra Yoga. Under proper guidance, you practice this stage of consciousness. This yoga is called to be in between sleeping and walking stage. This yoga is preferred by practitioners to get rid of mental stress. Mostly this yoga helps in recovering from trauma and distress. After dinner, you will go to bed early.

Day 2: Kathmandu sightseeing

After taking a sip of your herbal tea, you will start your morning by performing standing yoga. The yoga practitioner will guide you with standing yoga asanas. Mostly these yogic postures are advised to practice for better posture. It also helps in building strength. For the first timers, it is the best yogic posture to start with.

After proper healthy breakfast, you will be visiting Swayambhunath stupa and Boudhanath stupa. Nepal is the land that celebrates people across religions. Today we actually take you to the cultural tours of the land. It will try to give exposure to the life of ordinary people. You will explore the local market as well as the makings of momo in these local stalls. For lunch, you will have local delicacies to know more about Nepali cuisines.

Later you will be traveling to Boudhanath Stupa. Located around 11km away from the center of the capital city, it is one of the remarkable sites to visit for the Buddhist pilgrims. The hemispherical dome is believed to be one of the largest stupas of the country. Your short trip will remain incomplete without indulging in Buddhist techniques of meditation. The Buddhist philosophers explain how one should control the body and soul for the better purpose of life. These techniques somehow allow individuals to rethink about the constructive nature of life. One needs to know the spiritual strengths to channelize the positive energy.

At night you will stay in Kathmandu.

Day 3: Kathmandu to Pharping

After sipping herbal tea you will start practicing yoga and meditation. Today again you will practice yoga asanas. For beginners, it is always necessary to start with the basic yoga. After taking breakfast you will go for half day Kathmandu sightseeing. After moving around the city, you will be driving to Pharping. It is a small Newar village located on the banks of Bagmati River. This place is quite famous for Buddhist pilgrimage sites. Many monasteries are well equipped with retreat centers for meditation purpose.

You will be staying in one of the guest houses of the monasteries. In this itinerary, the tourists are planned to stay within the monastic environment. Mostly the people get opportunities to understand holistic lifestyles of the monks. Not only the lifestyle, but many tourists also engage in performing meditation and yoga under the guidance of spiritual practitioners. You will take a guided tour across the monastery to know more about the Buddhist philosophy. At night you will stay in Pharping only.

Day 4: Pharping

Today early in the morning you will meet the monks. After a little orientation, you will concentrate your minds for the prayer ceremony. At one point everyone tries to surrender to the spiritual thoughts for a better understanding of life. When such philosophy is guided by some spiritual thinkers then one gets proper direction to follow.

After breakfast, you will take out time for yourself to explore the surrounding places. It is the town where you will find many small monasteries. You can spend time in solitude inside these monasteries. After roaming around the town, you will come back before your evening lying yoga asanas. Everyone works in a sitting posture under constant stress and pressure. These yogic postures will help you to relax your back pain. All these yoga postures are designed as per the impact of a stressful life.

Day 5: Pharping to Lumbini

Distance: 252km (7hrs via road), (1hr flight)

After waking up early in the morning, you will go for a Morning Prayer session. Under the proper guidance of the monks, you will concentrate your minds again for controlling your mind, body, and soul. After little concentration, you will be taking flight for Lumbini. It is the famous birthplace of Lord Buddha. This place is considered as one of the world’s heritage sites as listed by UNESCO.

You will board a tricycle to make a tour across Lumbini gardens. You will find out other religious shrines within the complex devoted to other gods and goddesses. This historical place will definitely give you a holy tour of the world of Buddhism. The beautiful temple complex of Lumbini gardens will give you a time travel to the historical age. It is not only a religious site but also a historical site with all kinds of relics. If you love to read history then this historical inscriptions will definitely give you an exposure to the teachings and philosophy of Buddha.

Day 6: Lumbini

Today early in the morning you will be going for yoga classes. Staying in Lumbini will become worthless from the point of view of a traveler if he does not practice yoga in such a serene ambiance. Lord Buddha is famous in front of the universe for his extreme power of knowledge and wisdom. He showed the world the truth of enlightenment. In this itinerary, one can explore different Buddhist philosophical thoughts. One needs to understand the philosophies of Buddha for stabilizing the stressful life. Day 7: Lumbini to Chitwan National Park

Today also you will start your day with yoga practice. Then you will drive to Chitwan National Park. You will be staying with the ethnic community inside the village. You will get a guided tour of the surrounding village. It is the land of Tharu people. These indigenous people stay in the foothills of the Himalayas. They live in agriculture mostly. Therefore you will go across the village to know more about the lifestyles of these people. You can visit the beautiful farmland full of hand grown vegetables. In the evening Tharu performance will be arranged for you in such a serene ambiance. The rich ethnicity of the land will definitely allure you to explore more ingredients of the culture.

Day 8: Chitwan National Park

Today in the morning you will be cycling along the bank of Narayani River. The river is popularly known as Gandaki. Today you will be practicing yoga close to nature. The exotic landscape of the country will be an added pleasure for you to explore.  This national park is one of the world’s heritage sites as listed by UNESCO.  The jungle safari in the deep forests will explore the wilderness of Chitwan. You will find out a few endangered species within the depth of national park. You can also go for adventurous canoe rafting over the Rapti River. The long stretch of the water body will be an amazing path for canoe rafting. Covered by greenery on both sides and a narrow stream will be a perfect blend of nature with mortal souls. You can also go for elephant bathing and elephant riding inside the park.

Day 9: Chitwan National Park to Pokhara

Today early in the morning you will be driving to Rupakot. This small town is located in the Gandaki region. This small town will give you appropriate reasons to fall in love with nature. The stunning beauty of nature and the distant marvelous sight of Annapurna ranges will be an amazing experience. This place is located in the vicinity of Pokhara. It is known to be the tourism capital of the country. Mostly the tourists travel to this majestic land for exploring the beauty of the mountains. It is famous for its scenic beauty during sunrise and sunset. In the evening you will engage in a yoga session. We try to heal your mental wounds with the beautiful colors of nature. At night you will stay in Pokhara.

Day 10: Pokhara

Early in the morning, you will get yourself ready for herbal tea and then proceed towards Annapurna for witnessing a beautiful sunrise. You will start your day with falling of sunrays on the lofty mountains. Today you will practice an indigenous yogic posture ie. sun salutation or Surya Namaskar. This yogic posture will be quite effective for a healthy body cycle. This yoga practice has a never-ending impact as one can enhance the flexibility of the body and fitness. A healthy body is quite important for a healthy mind and soul. It is a perfect exercise for controlling your anger as well.

Day 11: Pokhara

Today you will be traveling to Pokhara town. After taking breakfast, today you will be going for sightseeing around Pokhara. You will be visiting Bindebasini temple at first. It is one of the earliest temples located in the city of Pokhara. Kaski rulers built this temple. Goddess Durga is the prime deity of the temple. You will get a complete view of the Himalayas as well from this region. In the area of the local bazaar, you will find out the temple. With the visit to the temple, you will be visiting the old bazar premises as well. You will also go for visiting a waterfall called Patale Chongo, located around 2kms away in the southwest direction of Pokhara. In the summers and monsoons, you will get the view of the gushing water falling from the waterfall. Next, you will be visiting the Gupteshwar cave, located just on the opposite side of the fall. If you are an ardent lover of architecture, then you will find this cave fascinating due to its natural forms made out of the deposits of limestone. You cannot take photographs in the premises of the caves. You will stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 12: Pokhara to Kathmandu

Today you will first encounter your yoga practitioner after breakfast. Detailed questionnaire rounds will be there for a better understanding of the philosophy of life. Without proper mental peace, it will be quite difficult to maintain a balance of mind, body, and soul. The inner calmness is very much important to reflect it on life. Day 13: Departure

Nepal Visa - The passport holders of India do not require any Nepal Visa. They must carry their Voter ID card or passport (For Indians).

Transportation: If you are booking your Nepal tour via Nepal Tourism Package, then you will get cars like Toyota Etios, Skoda Rapid, Volkswagen Polo, Tata Manza or similar kind of cars for 1-3 persons. Cars like Tourist Van (Toyota Hiace) or Jeep or Scorpio will be allotted for 10 persons. We will provide Green Plate vehicles for our tourists.

Recommendation - Some tourists avail flight on way to Pokhara from Kathmandu. It is advisable to take at least one way via road to enjoy the enchanting beauty of the natural landscape of Nepal.
