After arriving at the airport, our drivers will pick you up to drop you at the respective hotel. After reaching the hotel, you will be welcomed warmly by our host. After checking into the hotel, our representatives will provide you a briefing of the tour itinerary. Then you can go to the Pashupatinath temple for evening aarti. It is believed to be quite spiritual to get the glimpse of the lord during evening prayers. The enchanting ambiance of the temple will make you feel free-spirited. At night you will taste the Nepalese delicacies in the hotel.

After taking breakfast, you will be going for the local sightseeing. You will start your day with Boudhanath stupa and following with Pashupatinath temple and Budhanilkantha.
Boudhanath Stupa is one of the largest stupas located in Nepal. This stupa is listed under the world’s heritage sites made by UNESCO. This stupa route was used earlier as the trade route to enter the Kathmandu valley. It stands as a symbol of peace. This pilgrimage site is quite famous among the Buddhist followers. The Licchavi kings built this monument in the 14th century after the demise of Lord Buddha. The followers offer their prayers in the stupa. The Nepalese calls this stupa ChortenGhenpo that means the great stupa. The refugees from China migrated to Kathmandu and from that time onwards the place became an important site.
Pashupatinath temple is one of the most important Hindu pilgrimage sites located on the banks of River Bagmati. It is believed to be 12 jyotirlingas all across India. In the temple, the head of Lord Shiva is placed. It is the soulful reasons for the Hindus to go to this place. The idol of the temple is the mukhalinga covered by the serpent. The linga has four faces that are looking at the four directions. If you are an ardent lover of art and architecture then you will be completely amazed by the wooden craft design of the temple wall.
Next, you can go to Budhanilkantha, the religious monument dedicated to the Lord Vishnu. The tourists can visit the beautiful posture of sleeping Vishnu in the shrine. It is located in the foothills of Shivpuri. It is the largest statue of Vishnu made of stone in Nepal. One can find the ornamentation of serpents across the bed where the lord is lying. After breakfast, today you will be exploring the heritage sites around Kathmandu only. You will be visiting Swayambhunath stupa firstly. It is one of the profound Buddhist pilgrimage sites for tourists to visit. In the Tibetan language, it is called Sublime trees, as varieties of trees are found around the stupa. Inside the temple complex, you will find out temple and shrines of various kinds dated back to Licchavi period. On top of the stupa, the enticing eyes of Buddha will take you close to the teachings. You will feel the omnipresent Buddhist teachings around you. The pilgrims find the compassion and kindness in those mild eyes of Buddha. The iconography used within the complex of the stupa has its influence from Newar Buddhism. The myth said as per SwayambhuPurana, earlier there was a huge lake with a lotus in it. The stupa is also known as Monkey temple, because till date holy monkeys are living in the northwestern parts of the temple.
After taking lunch, you will be driving to Patan Durbar Square. This place is located in the Lalitpur district of Nepal. It has the impacts of Newar architecture. You will find out the squared shaped floor made of red bricks. The Malla kings built this area. You will be completely thrilled to look at these architectural structures.
You next halt will be Hiranya Varna Mahavihar. It is the golden colored monastery located in Patan district of Nepal. In this monastery, you can feed the rats. King BhaskarVarman built this pagoda for the respect of Shakyamuni Buddha. In the monastery, you will find the beautiful golden image along with a prayer wheel.
Next, you will be going to Golden Temple Mahabouddha for its marvelous carvings on the wall. This monument was built in the 14th century with clay bricks. This temple was built under the influence of the Shikhara style. You will find beautiful works on terracotta covering the image of Lord Buddha. This temple is built following the architecture of Mahabouddha temple located in Bodhgaya.
