Day 01 : Kathmandu
Welcome to Kathmandu, the vibrant capital city of Nepal! Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel for check-in. In the evening, head to the sacred Pashupatinath Temple for the mesmerizing Aarathi ceremony, a ritual that honors the Hindu deity Lord Shiva, accompanied by traditional music and dance.
Day 02 : Kathmandu Visa Processing and sightseeing
Begin the day with a Puja (prayer ceremony) at Pashupatinath Temple, seeking blessings for your upcoming spiritual journey. Spend the rest of the day preparing for the Yatra – collect essential permits, pack your bags, and attend a pre-Yatra briefing.

Day 05 : Kathmandu Kerung Border
Embark on a picturesque drive to the Kerung Border through verdant hills, terraced fields, and charming villages. Along the way, marvel at the stunning views of the snow-capped Himalayas. Overnight stay at the border town.
Day 06 : Kayrong Entry
After completing the immigration process, cross the border from Nepal to China. Hop on a bus to Kayrong, a small, bustling town in Tibet. Immerse yourself in the unique culture and landscape of this high-altitude region.
Day 07 : Saga
Drive through the vast Tibetan Plateau, passing through the nomadic town of Saga. En route, enjoy a serene stopover at Pikutso Lake, a pristine turquoise lake surrounded by snow-capped peaks.
Day 08 : Manasarovar
Continue the journey to the sacred Mansarovar Lake, revered by Hindus, Buddhists, Jains, and Bons. Visit the Tsu Gompa Monastery on the lake’s shore, and take in the tranquil atmosphere.
Day 09 : Mansarovar to Dirapuk
Head to Darchen, the starting point of your Kailash trek. Visit Yamadwar, the gateway to Mount Kailash, and begin your trek towards Dirapuk. Experience the enchanting beauty of the Tibetan landscape as you hike.
Day 10 : Dirapuk Charan Sparsh
Partake in the Charan Sparsh Yatra, a ritual that allows pilgrims to touch the divine feet of Mount Kailash, believed to be Lord Shiva’s abode. Embrace the spiritual significance of this act, and take in the breathtaking views.
The foothill of Mount Kailash’s North face side, which is just 07 Kms away from Diraphuk at an elevation of 15000 feet, is known as charan sparsh. Before starting the Parikrama of mt Kailash and Mansarovar, many prefer to go for a Pooja at charm sparsh. They seek the god’s blessings thereby so that they can perform the parikramma successfully. People feel surrendered to the super power here. By touching the base of the mountain they feel as if they touch the feet of The Lord Shiva Himself, which is a gesture of an utter faith in Hinduism. The natural beauty of the place enhances one’s religious faith.
Day 11 : Trek from Derapuk to Zutulpuk Monastery, crossing
Trek from Derapuk to Zutulpuk Monastery, crossing the challenging Dolma La Pass, the highest point of your journey. Along the way, visit Gauri Kund, a sacred lake associated with Hindu mythology.
Day 12 : Back to Darchan Via Mandsarovar last steps
Complete your trek at Chongdo and drive back to Mansarovar Lake. Reflect on your spiritual journey and soak in the serene beauty of the lake.
Day 13 : Saga
Return to Saga, driving along the banks of the mighty Bramhaputra River. Enjoy the picturesque views of the vast Tibetan Plateau.
Day 14: Keyrong
Travel back to Keyrong, taking in the unique high-altitude landscape as you go. Rest and recharge in preparation for your return to Kathmandu.
Day 15: Kathmandu
Bid farewell to the Tibetan Plateau as you make your way back to Kathmandu. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and spend the evening reflecting on your incredible journey or exploring the bustling streets of Thamel.
Day 16: Departure – or onward travel to Muktinath
Enjoy a leisurely day in Kathmandu, visiting local markets or cultural sites, or simply relaxing at your hotel. In the evening, proceed to the airport for your final departure, taking with you the cherished memories and spiritual insights from your once-in-a-lifetime Yatra.
