Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, the representative from Nepal  Tourism   Package. will receive you at Tribhuvan International Airport and transfer you to the hotel.

 

Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu and drive to Nagarkot

Today, you will have full day guided sightseeing tour of Kathmandu valley. We will mainly cover the UNESCO World Heritage Cultural Sites in Kathmandu. After having breakfast in the morning, we drive to Pashupatinath which is the holiest temple of Lord Shiva. In fact, Pashupatinath Temple is one of the four most important religious sites in the Asia for Shiva Devotees. This temple was built in 5th century and later on renovated by Malla Kings. Gold plated roof, four silver doors, and wood carvings of the finest quality are the some main highlights of this temple. After the sightseeing of Pashupatinath Temple, we drive to Bauddhanath which is one of the oldest and the largest Buddhist monastery also known as Little Tibet. We then visit Swayambhunath which also popularly known as The Monkey Temple. In the remaining time, we take our time to explore popular and historic Kathmandu Durbar Square. And finally, we drive to Nagarkot and stay overnight at hotel.

 

Day 03: Drive from Nagarkot to Gorkha (Optional Rafting Trip)

Today, we enjoy the early morning sunrise view from Nagarkot Tower. If the weather is clear, you can also witness the beautiful views of snowcapped peaks including Mount Everest. After a short hike to Changunarayan Temple, we drive from Nagarkot to Gorkha. On the way, we can also explore Manakamana Temple. Optionally, people who are interested for rafting can go for rafting in Trishuli River. After visiting Manakamana temple, we get back to Kurintar and get into our vehicle towards Gorkha. We eventually reach at Gokha. We stay overnight at Hotel.

 

Day 04: Explore Gorkha

We stay at Gorkha today exploring some places of historic and cultural importance. Located some 140 kilometers on the north-west of Kathmandu, Gorkha brings us to the prehistoric time. Gorkha is an untouched yet captivating town of Nepal. We can get to visit the historic Gorkha Durbar which resides on the top of a hill at an altitude of about 1000m. We can explore the surrounding area from Gorkha Durbar. We stay overnight at hotel.

 

Day 05: Drive from Gorkha to Pokhara

Today, following the usual road, we drive to Pokhara. On reaching Pokhara, we check in to the hotel and stay there overnight.

 

Day 06: Drive to Sarangkot and Pokhara City Sightseeing

Today, we will have a full-day guided sightseeing tour of Pokhara city. Pokhara, being one of the most beautiful tourist destinations, offers a lot of natural wonders. You can witness beautiful snowcapped mountains including Mount Annapurna, and Machhapuchchhre being reflected in the beautiful Fewa Lake. Early in the morning, we drive to Sarangkot for having awesome sunrise view. Then, we cover Bindawasini Temple, Mahendra Cave, Bat's Cave, Davis Falls, Begnas Lake, and Museum among many other places. We then, visit Fewa lake and enjoy boating for around an hour. After the sightseeing, we return to the hotel and stay overnight.

 

Day 07: Drive from Pokhara to Chitwan

Today, we leave Pokhara and drive to Chitwan. On reaching Chitwan, we check into the Jungle Resort in the National Park. In the evening, we can enjoy the local Tharu cultural programs. We stay overnight at tented camp.

 

Day 08: Full-day Wildlife Safari in Chitwan National Park

Today, we will enjoy the whole day in Jungle safari. We visit elephant breeding center to observe the baby elephants. While on the way back to hotel, we can also enjoy the elephant wash and elephant back safari. We can also go for jungle walk and jeep drive to Ghadagai. You will also find this place so amazing and may even get a chance to witness wild animals like one-horned Asian Rhinoceros and other animals crossing the Rapti River. Besides, you can also enjoy the Bird-watching in Chitwan National Park. We stay overnight at jungle lodge.

 

Day 09: Drive Back to Kathmandu

After enjoying the perfect Jungle Safari in Chitwan National Park, we leave Chitwan today and drive to Kathmandu. In the evening, we celebrate the farewell dinner. We stay overnight at hotel.

 

Day 10: Final departure

Today, you will depart to your own destination. So, we transfer you to the airport from where you catch the returning flight to your hometown.

Nepal Visa - The passport holders of India do not require any Nepal Visa. They must carry their Voter ID card or passport (For Indians).

 

Transportation: If you are booking your Nepal tour via Nepal Tourism Package, then you will get cars like Toyota Etios, Skoda Rapid, Volkswagen Polo, Tata Manza or similar kind of cars for 1-3 persons. Cars like Tourist Van (Toyota Hiace) or Jeep or Scorpio will be allotted for 10 persons. We will provide Green Plate vehicles for our tourists.

 

Recommendation - Some tourists avail flight on way to Pokhara from Kathmandu. It is advisable to take at least one way via road to enjoy the enchanting beauty of the natural landscape of Nepal.
